Dawns i Bawb runs an extensive programme of sessions and projects which gives a focus to the health and well-being of our communities. Dance can be a help to all ages to keep fit and healthy, reduce stress, develop self confidence and self awareness, help with shyness and learn how to interact with others. This in turn can improve quality of life of our communities and be an integral part of recovery processes.
